Grains and Bakery
In our breakfast baskets, we place great importance on the quality and origin of our ingredients, including the grains we use. All of our grains are of Slovenian origin. Carefully selected varieties of wheat, barley, oats, and other grains allow us to offer products that are both tasty and nourishing. We work with farmers who grow their crops with care and respect for tradition, which is reflected in the quality and flavour of our grain-based products.
Dairy Products
Our dairy products come from local alpine organic farms, carefully chosen for their quality, freshness, and traditional approach. This allows us to offer products with an authentic local character and a fresh, natural taste.
Triglav National Park
We are especially proud of the butter and curd cheese sourced from the heart of Triglav National Park. In this unique area, dairy products are made with great respect for the natural environment and traditional methods of production. The butter from this region has a distinctively rich flavour, reflecting the authenticity and character of this alpine landscape.
